The North Central Community Association believes that the neighbourhood has begun to rebuild itself. For years the area has been overlooked due to the high crime stats, slum housing, and other social ills. As we look to other neighbourhoods and recognize the gains they have made in developing their people through arts and culture, we see there needs to be something done for North Central.
